Self-acceptance: the key to human awakening

I am one with all things –
In beauty, in ugliness,
For whatsoever is, there I am
Not only in virtue
But in sin too, I am a partner
Not only heaven but hell too is mine
Buddha, Jesus, Lao Tzu –
It is easy to be their heir
Chenghis, Taimur and Hitler –
They are also within me

I am the whole of mankind
Whatsoever is man’s is mine
Flower and thorns
Darkness and light
Nectar and poison
Both are mine!!!

hi indraneel... i feel this is the state of nirvana... then there is nothing left to do in this mundane mortal world... i dont want to be there yet and i hope that you are not there too...else we cannot meet for our multiple round of daru and adda...cheers!!!

my dear soumya ... nirvana cannot be divorced from the sansaar ... it is very much here, very much now .. it is in every drop of wine we savor in our together-ness. every thought of brotherhood we share amongst us. and also every little diffrence between us which we strive to wipe off. to become one. my friend, you are here, i am here and all are here. the difference is which way are we looking. towards the door, waitng for it to open? or towards the wall shutting us away from life.
love.

Well ...The moment we reaches the stage of self actualization we don't need physical acceptance we are almost touching Nirvana as Soumya correctly said.....but the question is why do we need to target Buddha, Jesus, Lao Tzu... for "PEACE" right !
